Important: this tool reconciles only the columns and period you map. Payout timing, reserves, chargebacks, currency conversion, taxes, refunds, external gateways and transaction types can make a period-level comparison legitimately differ. Treat flagged rows as investigation targets and reconcile final figures against Shopify and your accounting records.
