SSolarc Labs

Responsible AI starts by refusing blanket promises.

Solarc Labs uses model-assisted workflows where they fit the job. The standard is to keep evidence, responsibility, data movement and uncertainty explicit at the product boundary.

This page is an operating standard, not a certification or a claim that every current or prototype product uses the same model, hosting or control architecture.

Operating standard
01

Keep human responsibility visible.

A model-assisted step does not transfer legal, financial, security or business responsibility to the software. Product-specific approval and review points are stated where they exist.

02

Tie factual output to inspectable evidence where the workflow supports it.

Evidence, source references, confidence or review-required states should remain visible when a product is designed to provide them. Do not imply universal citation coverage across unrelated products.

03

State the actual data path.

Local, hosted and third-party model paths differ. Each product should explain its own processing boundary instead of making portfolio-wide promises about retention, model training, or network isolation.

04

Do not market uncertainty as intelligence.

No fabricated accuracy rate, universal hallucination guarantee or benchmark should appear without a reproducible measurement for the relevant product, model, input set and environment.

What a buyer should inspect.

Product page

Current capability, buyer, offer, operating boundary and any model-assisted role.

Privacy

What personal or business data is processed on the public surface and relevant product-specific notices.

Security

Published security boundaries without implying certification or controls that are not universal.

Terms / scope

The responsibility, exclusions and acceptance boundary that actually govern the purchase or pilot.

Need the concrete control surface?

Review the published security boundaries or open the specific product page rather than relying on a generic AI policy statement.
