Buyer-first central site rebuild

Reworked the homepage around current commercial offers instead of a generic platform pitch.
Reduced primary navigation and replaced meeting-first language with a written fit-check path.
Removed stock workspace imagery from the main buyer, company, proof and Labs surfaces.
Added fail-closed CRO checks for stale template patterns and unsupported public claims.
