No public invoice upload
Controlled intake is arranged after payment. Sensitive invoice corpora should not be sent through an ordinary sales email.
Fail-closed claim boundary
A deterministic blocker or missing release validation layer cannot be turned into PREFLIGHT_CLEAR through a human exception.
