Fixed-scope preflight terms
Updated 26 August 2026. These terms apply to the published InvoiceBatch FR direct-purchase offers and supplement the general Solarc Labs website terms.

1. Published offers
One invoice-producing source system, up to 100 representative UBL/CII/Factur-X invoices, optional mapping CSV, human-reviewed evidence and one bounded re-test of the same source within seven calendar days.
Up to three source systems and 300 representative invoices total, consolidated comparison and two bounded re-tests.
Prices are plus tax where applicable. The Stripe-hosted checkout description, the applicable InvoiceBatch FR product page and these terms together define the published direct-purchase scope.
2. Intake and start of work
No invoice files are collected on the public Solarc Labs website. After verified payment, we contact the buyer using the checkout contact details and arrange a controlled intake. The buyer should provide a representative, minimised corpus and remove unnecessary personal data where practical.
Substantive review work starts after the purchased scope and usable intake have been accepted. Unsupported file types, ordinary PDFs without structured Factur-X data, unsafe archives, corrupt files or material scope outside the published offer may require replacement inputs or a separately agreed order.
3. What the preflight does
The service performs release-pinned technical validation and corpus analysis, including XSD/Schematron execution where the release runtime is ready, France-specific source-backed review signals, recurring failure clustering, profile/coverage/duplicate analysis, optional mapping analysis, explicit review decisions and traceable evidence.
InvoiceBatch FR does not promise that every input will become clear. A valid delivery can report BLOCKED or REVIEW_REQUIRED when the tested corpus contains unresolved conditions.
4. Claim boundary
PREFLIGHT_CLEAR means only that the tested corpus passed the bounded deterministic checks against the pinned release runtime/rule snapshot and all review-only findings required for that run were explicitly resolved. Deterministic blockers cannot be waived into a clear result.
The service is not a Plateforme Agréée, legal or tax advice, government or PA certification, proof of transmission or filing, archival certification, recipient acceptance guarantee, or an invoice repair/submission service.
5. Customer responsibilities
The buyer is responsible for authority to provide the source files, choosing a representative corpus, minimising personal data, reviewing findings and deciding what changes or submissions are appropriate. The buyer remains responsible for its accounting, tax, PA/integrator and production-cutover decisions.
6. Re-tests
A bounded re-test compares corrected material for the same purchased source scope against the earlier run. It is not an unlimited remediation engagement. Materially different source systems, substantially expanded corpora or additional implementation work are outside the published package unless agreed separately.
7. Cancellation, refunds and delivery problems
A buyer may request cancellation before substantive review work starts. After work starts, any refund is assessed against work already performed and undelivered scope rather than a blanket no-refund rule. If we cannot deliver the purchased fixed scope, the appropriate remedy may include completing missing work, correcting a reproducible delivery issue or refunding undelivered scope, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
8. Intellectual property and confidentiality boundary
The buyer retains rights it already has in supplied source material. Solarc Labs retains rights in its pre-existing software, rules, documentation, know-how and reusable tooling. Customer material is handled only for the purchased workflow and associated support/transaction needs under the published privacy/intake boundary unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
9. Business customers and governing law
The published InvoiceBatch FR offers are intended for business customers purchasing for business purposes. A consumer should contact us before payment so mandatory pre-contract and cancellation information can be handled correctly. For B2B orders with SOLARC GOODS LIMITED, the intended governing law and forum are England and Wales unless a written order states otherwise.
To support the B2B tax treatment applied to an order, we may request a valid VAT number where one is available or other reasonable commercial evidence that the buyer is acting in business. Checkout tax treatment depends on the applicable rules and the information supplied; collecting business-status evidence does not replace the buyer's own tax assessment or advice.
A failed or review-required technical result is not by itself a service failure. The paid outcome is the bounded preflight, human-reviewed findings and evidence for the purchased scope—not a promise that source invoices are already compliant.
